It couldn’t have been fairer

When you suddenly lose someone, it is the hardest thing. There is no such thing as a lovely funeral, but Sally and Dorothy were an absolute rock throughout in delivering such a respectful and dignified service for our Grandad and Dad. They take care of everything and really listen. They were there for the whole family and were always so kind and thoughtful. All our wishes were respected and the little gestures meant so much. We were especially touched by the mini procession which was conducted in his honour at their home; the bearers were so patient and understanding. Sally was so transparent about the procedure, process and costs. It couldn’t have been fairer.

Hi Sally, and Dorothy and Team, I would like to thank you all on behalf of Noel's family for the funeral service you provided today. Your professionalism care, support and guidance from the start through to today's service at Rochdale has helped Noel's family through this difficult time and importantly provided the service that Noel himself would have wanted. Sadly due to Government restrictions so many could not attend today however the web stream was watched by family and friends in Germany, Canada and France as well as the UK, every message we have received has commented on how beautiful the service was and how it expressed so wonderfully the lovely person that was Noel. Annes funeral

Yesterday was mum's funeral at Lytham conducted by Fiona,in my eyes she is someone special to be able to put together a life of someone along with prayer and poem and the music,the service was simply beautiful,i cried all the way through,but I think that's normal,Fiona gave me a CD of the music of which I've played another two times and cried all over again!, a special thanks to Sally from the day I contacted her,the support and care is second to none!, i would highly recommend FPF they were wonderful,many thanks,i will remember this day always knowing mum got the best and would have loved it herself,i believe she was there in spirit-God bless and thank you from the bottom of my heart with love Jacqi

John Nicholls funeral

I would just like to say how fantastic the service I received from you had been right from the day I contacted you with regards to my dad's very unexpected death on the 10 th of December, how kind and helpful you and all your team has been , Sally has been at the end of all my phone calls and everything was sorted out for me with very little fuss. Because Christmas and New year fell before my dad's service we waited till 7th of January for his funeral which was handled with such kindness and support from everybody , the minister Ruth was so kind and the service she gave for my dad was more than I expected and filled with such kindness and loving messages all my family was touched . From the morning phone call from Sally to the hurse and car service was of the highest standard I have ever seen . But I have to say was the cost that amazed us all for such a reasonable amount the whole funeral was of the highest standard I have seen in this day and age it was nice to find a company that takes into account that funerals can be a very expensive thing . I would not hesitate to highly recommend Fair price funeral services to anyone not just for their prices but also for their kindness and support for the family's . Mum

This morning was my Mum’s funeral. From the morning I rang Sally to tell her about the death she has been with me during every step of the process. My mum had wanted to use Fairprice as we had used them before when my dad died. Although we had to slightly change things to accommodate Covid restrictions we were able to give mum a beautiful service. We opted for having a religious service in the crematorium and Sally arranged for me to have a celebrant who planned the service with me. She was able to help with music, timings, journey times, cars and flowers. Everything was planned to the last degree and I especially appreciated the call in the morning to check we were ok.
